Complaints
We guarantee all of our products to be free of defects for 30 days. If you receive a defective product from us, contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. You have a right to return once delivered items only in case of:
- delivery of goods that are not ordered
- delivery of goods that are damaged and damage is not product of transport mishandling
Shipping and Delivery
The items ordered are delivered by mail. They are specifically packed to avoid any damages made by common manipulation in the mail.
Buyer is required to check the goods for all visible damages before receiving, report to a mail person if damaged and refuse to receive damaged parcel.
Protection of the Customers' Private Data
Payment on our website is safe! We use Ouroboros Payment Gateway service for online payment, which employs the newest security technologies, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with at least 128-bit encryption, as well as other technologies and security procedures designed to protect privacy of your data. The exchange of confidential data between the online payment system and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done through a Virtual Private Network (VPN), completely protected from unauthorized access. Confidential data from your credit card is sent directly to the authorization center online. Card numbers are not stored in our system.
The indicator of secure communication between your personal computer and Ouroboros Payment Gateway is a small icon of padlock in the ower corner of your web browser. If you hover your mouse pointer over that little padlock, a small tool-tip will appear, saying "SSL Secured", as well as showing the current level of encryption (128-bit).
Personal Data Protection
Croatian Music Information Center absolutely and unconditionally respects the privacy of its customers, so your personal data will not be given to anyone else!
All the personal data that you submit during the process of ordering or registration are not and shall not be given to a third party, i.e. it shall not be ceded, sold, leased or in any other way given to any other company. Thank you for your confidence!
Currency Conversion
All prices are in USA dollars. Prices are also noted in HRK (Croatian Kuna) for our domestic customers. All Credit Card sales will be processed in American Dollars and converted to Croatian Kuna when we process the order. Your Credit Card Statement under normal banking requirements should reflect the conversion. You are encouraged to check the currency conversion for any item, please use a currency converter.
Disclaimer: Please use the currency converter only as a guide. The exchange rate for the Kuna (HRK) has been very stable against all major currencies over the last five years, but payments made by Credit Card are prone to show a slight variance on your CC statement due to the fluctuating currency exchange at the time of payment processing.
